Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Coding with Court LLC (“LittleLove,” “we,” “us”) for use of the LittleLove app and website. By using LittleLove, you agree to them.
1. You must be 18 or older
LittleLove is intended only for adults. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use LittleLove.
2. What LittleLove is
LittleLove is an end-to-end encrypted messenger for couples. It is currently offered free of charge and is in active development (an alpha/beta). That means features may change, and the service may have interruptions or, in rare cases, loss of data. We provide it on an “as is” basis (see the disclaimer below).
3. Your account and your keys
LittleLove is end-to-end encrypted, and the keys to your conversations live on your device, not on our servers. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and your recovery phrase. If you lose both, your encrypted content cannot be recovered, by you or by us. LittleLove pairs exactly one partner per account.
4. Acceptable use
Because your messages are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot and do not monitor their content. You are solely responsible for what you send and share. You agree not to use LittleLove to:
- do anything unlawful, or facilitate illegal activity;
- create, share, or solicit child sexual abuse material, or any content sexualizing minors;
- harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the service.
Where we become aware of a violation, we may suspend or terminate the accounts involved, though our ability to act is limited by the encrypted design of the product.
5. Your content is yours
You retain all rights to the content you create and share in LittleLove. We claim no ownership of it, and because it is end-to-end encrypted, we cannot access it.
6. Our software and brand
The LittleLove name, logo, and branding belong to Coding with Court LLC. Our source code is published publicly so that anyone can inspect it and verify our privacy claims. Your rights to use, copy, or modify that source code are governed by the license file included in our public code repository; if no license is granted there, all rights are reserved.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
LittleLove is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, particularly during this early development period.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coding with Court LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) LittleLove. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coding with Court LLC from any claims or demands arising out of your use of LittleLove or your violation of these terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using LittleLove and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, where reasonably necessary (for example, to comply with the law or protect the service or its users).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these terms or to LittleLove will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as LittleLove evolves. We’ll change the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll do our best to let you know in the app. Continuing to use LittleLove after a change means you accept the updated terms.
